the ipad that controlled everything in the room did not work upon arrival i asked for it to be fixed but nothing happened also there was no kettle in the room which was a significant inconvenience finally i requested something special for my companion but it was completely ignored

the hotel has a great location near borough market. i not sketchy at all . self check-in was very easy and quick. the staff were very cute and friendly!!!

the room was small for a longer stay. i had to ask for daily cleaning because the regular schedule is every three days.
